p Drying cilantro?

yes, it dries really well, too. I dried it this summer for the first time in my dehydrator. I have parsley and sage in there right now....been drying it slow at 120 degrees until crisp, then crumbling it off the stems into a small jar.

 

Or, if you don't have a dehydrator, hang the bunches up in a dry place until they air dry. If you do this, put small paper umbrellas over the bunches to keep the dust off. I dried herbs that way for years.

Until it got crispy. I don't remember, LOL My parsley was ready in a few hours, the sage leaves took longer because they were thicker and larger.

 

I dried some celery for the first time, that took 24 hours at 120
