marylp
Has any one ever dried it? This is one of my favorite herbs and right now I can by it 3 bunches for 1 dollar! Any help would be appreciated. Mary Link to comment
JCK88
yes, it dries really well, too. I dried it this summer for the first time in my dehydrator. I have parsley and sage in there right now....been drying it slow at 120 degrees until crisp, then crumbling it off the stems into a small jar. Or, if you don't have a dehydrator, hang the bunches up in a dry place until they air dry. If you do this, put small paper umbrellas over the bunches to keep the dust off. I dried herbs that way for years. Link to comment
