mom11
I have about 4 gallons of apple juice, I have steam juiced. No water has been added. I am wondering how much water to add, before I can it. I read to add 3 cups of water, to 1 lb. of apples. The recipe said, the result should be 4 cups of apple juice. I was thinking then, I need to add three cups of water, to each cup of straight apple juice, before I can my apple syrup and jelly...Does this sound right to anyone???? Link to comment
Violet
Don't add any water. I don't know where you have read this, Mom11. That would be really weak tasting juice. Use it straight up, don't dilute it. Link to comment
