Guest Guest Posted March 13, 2003 Share Posted March 13, 2003 IRISH GOLD 24 Ritz crackers 1 cup smooth peanut butter 2 cups butterscotch chips Make 12 "coins" by spreading half of the crackers with peanut butter and topping with second cracker. Melt butterscotch chips in the microwave and dip sandwich cookies into melted butterscotch. Place each coin on waxed paper and let set. Quote Link to comment
