Salted Nut Bars (sweet and salty-Good)

Salted Nut Bars

1/2 c butter

1 1/2 c flour

1 tsp salt

2/3 c sugar

Mix above ingredients and press into bottom of 10x15 pan. Bake 15 min at 350 deg.

While crust is baking, make the glaze: Melt 1/2 c corn syrup with one 6 oz pkg butterscotch chips and 2 Tbsp butter.

 

Remove baked crust from the oven. Sprinkle 1 can (12 oz) mixed nuts over the top. Drizzle hot glaze over the nuts. Bake an additional 5 minutes. Remove from oven--cut while warm!
