I think it's going to be a growing trend for companies to go gluten free. I have a friend who has gone gluten free for health reasons. DD and I (was still nursing) had to go gluten & dairy free for 2 weeks when she was 8 months old because they were trying to figure out what was wrong with her. It wasn't easy - McDonalds frech fries are gluten free....

Actually, McDonalds french fries contain both wheat and milk.
