Robert Z
I have noticed some of my canned meats sometimes get a white film on top of them (particularly if a small part protrudes above the liquids). I have eaten them with no ill effects, and there are no strange smells or anything. Can anyone shed any light on this from experience or otherwise? Link to comment
Canned Nerd
Is it different from solidified fat when cooked meat is stored in a refrigerator? Link to comment
Violet
Mine do that, too. It is just a bit of fat that is coating the meat above the liquid. No worry. Link to comment
