Violet
You can read for yourself. There is NO more money at the Univ. of Georgia for answering questions. They are struggling to keep the information online. No money !! No more testing being done, etc. So, PLEASE, if you do not have the resource materials, if at all possible, buy yourself a current copy of the Ball Blue Book, the USDA guidelines, and So Easy to Preserve. This is why I have been so dedicated to teaching everyone the safest methods available. There may not be any new information available. Please, let me know if I can help you out, as I have always tried to do. However, things may get increasingly busy for me and I am only one person... I ask you to get yourself these books to educate yourself for not only now, but in the future. http://www.uga.edu/nchfp/request_info.html Link to comment
WormGuy
Thanks for the heads up Violet. I spent the better part of 3 hours downloading the entire site. Hopefully they will be able to continue. John Link to comment
Amishway Homesteaders
Thanks- This is a good reminder for all of us when the 'time comes' we may not be able to get the information we need. Or that we knew was out there and then when we go to get it it is no longer online. Heads up People! Link to comment
