Green Chiles Recipe Question

Hi Everybody,

 

I’m wondering if I can can the following recipe. If so, how would I process it? Water Bath? Pressure can? How long?

 

½ package of hot green chiles (frozen - whole package is 30 oz)

1 can chicken broth (store bought)

1 can diced tomatoes (store bought)

Salt

 

Anybody know?

I wouldn't attempt it for 3 reasons: (1) You have no tested and approved recipe to give you the critical details you are asking for; (2) chicken broth would require pressure canning that would turn those peppers to mush; and (3) recanning already processed foods is not recommended.
