Snowmom Posted June 13, 2011 Share Posted June 13, 2011 Well, it is Monday and time to post some miles. I do have to say I got in more than I thought I would while I was gone. I am only guessing though, but, I think I got in about 15 miles those two weeks. Next week it will be just a week again. Last week, I am putting down a total of 10 miles. We have joined 'Anytime Fittness', so are going up there 3 or 4 days a week. This will add other things to my time not just the bike and treadmill. Right now I am still not able to be on either one of them, so it is the other things I am working out on. Boy, do I have sore spots. Who is going to add their miles to this post? Link to comment
themartianchick Posted June 13, 2011 Share Posted June 13, 2011 The last two weeks of May, I did a total of 16 miles walking to work. Today was the first day that I tried to get back into jogging since I am working from home for the next month or so. I only jogged a half hour but I do think that I've found a new place to go jogging...the cemetery! We have a historic cemetery in the area and it has a lot of hills. It should help me to get into shape quickly. (Of course I'd actually have to leave the house and Just Do It! Link to comment
