It is coming up fast, we are having it September 2nd and 3rd. So, we are having meetings closer and getting things done that need to be done. Thanks for being patient with me Here are some things that count for miles. These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile ********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile ******** These two willl be 30 minutes = one mile ******** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. ************ Here are my totals: Walking 3 Riding bike 3 Stairs 2 Dishes 2 House Work 3 Laundry 2 Shopping 2 Other 5 Total.......... 22 miles. I need to get to riding the bike on the days I don't go to the gym. Link to comment
Vic303 Posted August 12, 2011 Share Posted August 12, 2011 We were on vacation at that time, so I think I only got 4.25mi for the whole timeframe. However this week (thru Aug14th) will be much better! Only 8# more to go to my FIRST weightloss goal! Link to comment
