Jori
I thinned carrot beds this afternoon some of the carrots are decent and I don't want to throw them out. Can I clean them up and freeze or can them? Link to comment
Dee
You can do either one Jori. I wash mine, let them dry on a towel, put in zip lock bags and store in the drawer of my refrigerator. They stay good clear til spring. Link to comment
Amishway Homesteaders
baby carrots (ones that you thined) are great 'fresh' in salads or soups as well as snacks. But IF you still have some left go ahead and do as dee said. Link to comment
