I wish I had an Excalibur dehydrator but my Nesco that I bought at Wal-Mart works just fine. Go to You Tube Type in: How to dehydrate and store food part 1 Click on the one by Dehydrate2store. After watching it should take you to part 2. If it doesn’t just change the 1 in the search box to a 2 and so on. All 10 videos are very good. Link to comment
