Had to see if folks were suing Harbor Freight cuz the knives "cut things". No...it's a real concern: " the locking mechanism on the knives can fail to engage on extension of the blade, posing a laceration hazard. " Truly, if you're expecting a "lock-back" knife and it periodically turns into a "slip joint" [ a blade that does not lock] ..well YEAH, that wouldn't be good.
