when I use to take care of my uncle who is wheelchair bound .. I would put a large pan or bowl on the table and he would roll up and bend his head over the bowl then would do as Lois did.

i got a pot of beans on for supper tonight, thought of having cornbread with it, but don't have the stuff to make any. so will have to settle for biscuits, with butter and blackberry jelly.
what do you season your bean soup with???

It has been such a long week ... with emotions running high and all .. and here it has been mostly cloudy and gray. So I figure I'd just sit here a whhile and enjoy a nice hot cup of rosemary tea with a little honey in it, and just plan enjoy the sun porch and wait for any one to who wants to come along and just enjoy a quite moment; and wee if maybe we can get a few of the newbies to come on in and chit chat with us too.
aaaa ... i think this tea needs a little more honey..

i don't know any thing about shock collars ... I had thought of them once cause we have one dog that likes to run off every chance she gets. ... but i just can't bring myself to get one. so instead when we are out side i keep her close to me, or tied up, I do take her for long walks as she loves to go.

I sure will let her know about that. It was about 5 weeks ago when she was here and we do have lots of them.
thanks.
what scares me most is not knowing/ or having any ideas as where to look.

they had already checked her thyroid and it is fine.
there is no way you can get her to eat oleo... she is even careful as to what kind of cooking oil she uses. she fixes lots of fresh vegs and furits or grows her own and can them. there is the store boughten stuff.
do you mean stuff that is stored in plastic too???
thank you both for your suggestions.

my DD has been sick for the last five weeks and we don't know what is going on. she went to see her Dr. and he ran the basic chem 7, and took her off BC pills which she had only been on for a couple of months... but she isn't doing better.
she is going to go back to the Doctor... so what i was wondering if any one might have a suggestion as to what might be going on so she can have the dr. check into it.
staring with her main complaints...
dizziness that will last up to 35hrs
inside shakes
weakness
headaches
weight los
numbness/tingling in face and arms
flu like systoms this has slowed down a lot. so maybe she had a touch of the flu
she has been checked for sugar..
she is going to ask to be tested for huntingtons, and see about cancer, but as to what kind she doesn't know and is going to see if maybe there is a blanket type test to see.
anyways any suggestions would be of a great help.
oh, she is normally healthy, and doesn't take any meds. she is not over weight she was at the right weight.

thanks
