Kygal
i make my manicotti very differently. fry finely chopped green and red peppers, onions, grated carrots, and finely chopped mushrooms. spice with garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and sugar to taste. mix with dry cottage cheese, grated cheddar cheese, and either feta or parmasan cheese, heck add both if you really want. heh heh stuff it into the manicotti noodles, and place in a pan. pour your favorite tomato sauce over the manicotti sprinkle grated cheddar over it, and bake. shouldnt take more than 15 minutes to warm through, and melt the cheese.
