waiting
Ok, being new at this, I was wondering, if I can't find lower sugar Sure-Jell, can I substitute something else? And how about the sugar amount in the recipe. That would change also, right? The recipe calls for dry pectin. (I know I can order the lower-sugar pectin off the internet, but would rather substitute if possible.) Link to comment
Darlene
Here's an article from Mother Earth News that you can read that will educate you on different types of pectins, making low sugar jams and jellies, and how the whole process works. Low Sugar Jams and Jellies Link to comment
