Buttercup
Didn't we have some recipes on here using them? Or was that before we moved to our new server and lost a bunch of posts? Does anyone have any recipes using them? Link to comment
Ferretma
Hi BC. Aren't they yummy? I get my cranberry beans from Bob's Red Mill. He has a couple recipes on his site. I haven't tried these recipes as I've just used the cranberry beans in making chili. Cranberry Beans & Pasta with Feta Country-Style Cranberry Bean Soup Link to comment

westbrook
Pixie, me either until theyd sent me a handfull.. I went looking for them and finally found them.. they were $4.95 a pound.. so I bought a pound.. (will not be this expensive in other areas.. I was in a speciality store).. they have a heavy almost meaty flavor and worth finding again for me. I would make chili out of them! but I cooked them with onions and beans! delicious.
