Dora
I have a 3 gallon bucket, and a 5 gallon bucket full of bread flour that were in the kitchen (coolest room during the fire). The 3 was on top of the 5. Lid of the 3 is slightly singed, 5 shows no damage. Do you think the flour itself has been affected by the heat. The 5 was at the same level as a block of parafin that did NOT melt at all, so I am most concerned about the flour in the 3 gallon bucket. Link to comment
Darlene
Your flour is fine in my opinion...perhaps rotate the 3 gallon bucket by using the flour and replacing with fresh if that will calm your concerns. Link to comment
ArmyOfFive4God
You can use it for glue- paper mache or wallpaper paste if you are overly concerned. Link to comment
