nana9 Posted March 15, 2007 Share Posted March 15, 2007 A little boy needed $50.00very badley and prayed for weeks but nothing happened. Then he decided to write a letter to God requesting the$50. When the post office received the letter to God,U.S.A.,They decided to send it to the president. The preident was so amused that he instructed his secretary to send the little boy a $5. bill. The president thought this would appear to be a lot of money to the little boy. The little boy was delighted with the $5. bill and set down to write God a think you note which read: Dear God, Thank you very much for sending the money. However,I noticed that for some reason you sent it through Washington D.C. and as usual, those turkeys kept $45. in taxes. Link to comment
