Hmm CAN you can broth?? Not seeing it separate in my balls blue book.... hmm ok there is chicken stock.... so can I follow that, but make rabbit stock?? Link to comment

westbrook Posted July 16, 2008 Share Posted July 16, 2008 treat rabbit as you would any poultry. you can debone and use the broth to cover the meat. Needs liquid of some sort in the jar. I like to can the broth with the meat so that when I open the jar to use the meat, the broth gives me options... gravy or soup base for the left over meat using canned vegetables. Link to comment
