teacozy
I get about 6 c. of flour from 4 cups of wheat berries. You'll have to do the math! Hey, you don't become a librarian because of your great math skills..... Link to comment
cootie
Thanks teacozy, That's just enough to get some figures going for me. Can I assume that about a quart-sized canning jar filled with wheat berries (since 4 cups = 1 quart) will give me that 6 cups of flour? It seems like it would be the same, wouldn't it? I store my wheat in quart-size canning jars (dry packed) so your measurements would work perfectly for me. Link to comment
