Hmmm... Not sure what you're asking.

 

If you use a concentrate and add the water, aren't you just starting then "from juice"??

Are you trying to make jelly from frozen apple juice concentrate? If so, just mix up the juice (I'd leave a little on the stronger side) and make your jelly from your recipe. It should work just fine.

Thanks. That's what I did. It worked fine. All the recipes I found called for starting with whole apples and didn't have any pectin. I wasn't sure if the apple juice would have enough pectin to gel without the extra pectin. I ended up using a box anyway and it worked. Thanks though.
