TXQFMom
OK here is a picture... I drew a circle around what I am talking about... small area that seems to be nothing there....a space? What is hard is not only had I never done this...I have never SEEN it done... never even SEEN a jar of home canned tomatoes that I recall.... It can be intimidating... No one taught me how to sew... ever... my first skirt I sewed up the waist & hem THEN tried to do the side seams... I was clueless. No one taught me to bake bread or make cheese or yogurt or etc... never even got to see anyone do it. The first chicken we butchered we had a book in one hand... The blessing is our dc WILL grow up around these things! My 63yo mother has never baked a loaf of bread in her life. My 18yod grinds the wheat and makes our bread now. Link to comment
Stephanie
Looks like an air bubble? I'll be interested in hearing the answers. Link to comment
TXQFMom
nod... dih I should have said that... assuming that is what it is... but is it a problem? Link to comment
Violet
It should be fine, looks like an air pocket you did not get removed. Yes, put the other in the fridge and use it up. If you are worried about the one with the air bubble, put in the fridge and eat or you can also pop the lid, remove some for expansion and freeze the jar. Yes, in the jar is fine. Link to comment
