I don't see any reason to not use strawberries. I think it would be divine ! I also don't see why you can't use half Splenda, half sugar blend as long as you use something like Pomona's pectin. I was thinking of it myself. I am diabetic, too. If you make it, let me kmow how it turns out. I also want orange. I love orange and chocolate !! OOOH, I just thought about it. Chocolate cherry !!! Out in my freezer there is some lemon curd calling my name. It is so easy, made in the microwave. Link to comment
