MommaDogs
I cook mine, cool and hang from a jelly bag. If you squeeze it, it comes out cloudy. Just let it drip if you want it clear. Leave it to cool overnight and pour off slowly, leaving the sediment on the bottom. If you don't do the cooling step, you may have crystals in your jelly. Link to comment
Violet
If you think you will keep making jelly, a steam juicer is fabulous ! I have not found any easier method. http://lib.store.yahoo.net/lib/steam-juice...isa-Recipes.pdf Otherwise, I would do like MommaDogs said. Link to comment
