Name of Amish cookbooks?

Hi all,

 

In the recipe section someone posted a recipe from an Amish Cookbook for a cracker recipe and I was wondering if they care to share the title and author of the cookbook.

 

I am getting together my birthday/christmas list together for my mother, which by the way, is the longest one in a really long time!

This is one place to get several *excellent* Amish cookbooks. Not sure if your particular recipe is in any of them.

Wisler's Country Cooking III - Mennonite Church Family Cookbook is one of my favorites, plus a portion of the sales is supposed to be donated toward research for "Maple Syrup Urine" disease. That's a disease that one branch of our Amish side of the family has... my favorite cousins.

 

Many of these cookbooks are fund-raisers for something-or-other, so you're helping.
