I'm not sure how many people take baths anymore but if you have high blood pressure you can substitute sea salts for epsom salts. They are found in the hardware store as a water softener called solar salts. It is just evaporated seawater--only you aren't paying $8-$25 per pound. It's more like $10 for 40#. Link to comment
