Canned Nerd Posted January 10, 2009 Share Posted January 10, 2009 If you want to preserve the whole or segments of the citrus fruits you might find it better to FREEZE them. Most canning recipes for these items are for jams and mixed with other fruits to make them less tart. Link to comment
