I don't make soup, just the turkey and broth and I do just broth at times too. I like to have extra broth so I can make more gravy if I need it. Link to comment
Homemaker Posted April 13, 2009 Share Posted April 13, 2009 There shouldn't be any difference in canning a turkey compared to chicken. I have one that has been in my freezer since Thanksgiving. It's time to move him out because it's getting very dangerous to open the door! Link to comment
