Un-potted meat

Had a craving but I don't "do" processed food any more so.....

 

Took about 1/2 pt of homecanned turkey with the "juice" and chopped and chopped it with a knife until it was kind of a paste, but moist. Added 1 tablespoon dried onion, salt, white pepper, red wine vinegar, molasses, and mace to taste (didn't measure, but put a little of each and add more if you want.) Chopped and mixed it. Let it set for about an hour.

 

Made oat biscuits to go with and hot, homemade tomato soup, and that was supper. Fruit for dessert.
