ArmyOfFive4God
Cranberry sauce, relishes, etc using dried cranberries. Yay or nay? Link to comment
Canned Nerd
If you hydrated them first perhaps, because they would hydrate when exposed to the hot water and would soak up the liquid in the jar and cause a variety of problems that you would not want. For that it is a Nay. Link to comment
Jake
You could try rehydrating them and making cranberry juice. If it works out and you get good juice I believe there is a recipe in the BBB on how long to process the juice. I made some with frozen cranberries last week and it turned out good. Link to comment

I made cranberry juice a few years ago with cranberries I'd gotten on clearance after the holidays & popped in the freezer. You're right- it is good. I was thinking in a sauce or with juice, the recipe/ing's would rehydrate them before they made it to the jar. Link to comment
