These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile ********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile ******** These two willl be 30 minutes = one mile ******** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. ************ Here are my totals: Walking 2 1/2 Riding bike 10 Stairs 3 Dishes 1 House Work 1 1/2 Laundry 2 1/2 Shopping 1 Other 3 Total.......... 24 1/2 miles. Ok, who will be ??? ********* Who is going to join us? Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post. Link to comment
OINK Posted August 10, 2009 Share Posted August 10, 2009 The only miles so far this month ( Aug) is 15.1 miles From July 27th - Aug 1= 44.1 miles I work hard at the gym and my key tells me how many miles and calories for each workout Link to comment
OINK Posted August 13, 2009 Share Posted August 13, 2009 didn't see a seperate thread for this week so: this week ( aug. 10-14)- 44.9 miles and 1,775 calories this gym with the key is great! now I know just how much I'm working. it makes me feel like I'm accomplishing something Link to comment
