No holding the breath in pain - only when they tell you to hold your breath for the picture; and she showed me my pictures - so clear. Advances in technology is great ( in this case). Link to comment

I'm nearing the age when I'll need to start getting them and the idea of enduring the humiliation and pain of slapping the ladies down and having them pressed between slabs is a bit too much for me.
