And let me tell you, I froze the leftovers, and popped them in a cast iron skillet to heat up as needed, and they were even better than the 1st time...I couldn't believe how happy I was to sop up runny yolks...LOL...and YES, DBF approved!!!! These were so easy to make. I didn't even bother putting them in a muffin tin...just spooned out big tablespoon dropfuls onto a cookie sheet. They were perfect! Link to comment
