We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. ************ Here are my totals: Walking 1 1/2 Riding bike 10 Stairs 1 1/2 Dishes 1 House Work 1 Laundry 1 Shopping 3 Other 3 Total..........22 miles. Ok, who will be ??? ********* Who is going to join us? Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post. Link to comment
Momo Posted August 20, 2010 Share Posted August 20, 2010 You are increasing your miles again! Way to go. I have been under so much stress with DH's surgeries that I have managed to unintentionally lose about 5 pounds. It's a heck of a diet though! Link to comment
