Ideas for pressure canning elk?

I just received 4# of elk back strips, 6# of elk roast and about 8# of elk steaks. All I know to do is to brown and then can with garlic and onion. Suppose I could google it but I would rather have you guys suggestions! Thanks you!

can sear the meat and put it in the oven with water on it for a short time and then can it just like you do beef ...i would not put garlic on it as it will get strong and some times get bitter...can at the same times for beef....most times it is 90 minutes for quarts at 10 lbs pressure in pressure canner..take care and keep the faith
