out_of_the_ordinary Posted February 28, 2011 Share Posted February 28, 2011 We had bad thunderstorms and heavy rain last night and this morning. We have a flood warning. The creek is very high and looks like it will flood. There's also a tornado watch until 1 pm. At 6 am, it was 60 degrees and is supposed to drop all day, into the 30s this afternoon. I didn't want DH to go into work. Since he's had to take 5 days off in Feb. already, and his company has had lay offs, he thought it was best to go. How's the weather in your area? Link to comment

blestmomof4 Posted February 28, 2011 Share Posted February 28, 2011 We had a storm come through last night that dumped alot of rain and moved on. The sun is out and I have the kitchen window cracked...it feels warmer than the 45 the weather station says it is. Oldest DD was home with the flu last week and DH has it this week.....hopefully the rest of us won't get it but I'm cleaning, cooking, and trying to make sure all the laundry is done just in case I'm next.
