Here are some things that count for miles.

These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile.

You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. :)

well seeing most of mine is walking ,trying at least 1 mile each day sometimes I go for 2 miles before coming home. But I am getting winded just walking as I keep forgeting to take deep breathes seeing it hurts but with the brase on I can walk more.

Then whenever I can I (and 1 cat) walk back and forth though the rooms on the first floor of my home- can do maybe 10 trips while water is boiling for tea. 20 if I am cooking. Then most days I do that 2 or 3 times just to stay loose.

So IF you can't get out there and workout try little things but you do need to do some for more then 15 minutes to get any real benifites, Get that heart rate up and then keep going.

So for me this week:

walking-7 miles

cleaning house - 3 miles

sitting around doing nothing - 0

not sleeping very well - 0

Picking up lamb and cracking ribs - minus 10! :sHa_sarcasticlol:

So I guess for me that adds up to NOTHING gained but I fell good anyway. LOL
