gofish
I was at work doing my job when my team leader came up to me and said"You need to go upstairs at 8:15" Going upstairs is not always a good thing. People have gone upstairs and are never seen again. They are walked out the door. We have been working 55 to 60 hours a week. Tempers are short and the queen bee's manipulations and unsafe work habits have pushed me to the edge but I'm trying to ignore her. I have made a few mistakes but no more than anybody else. So I asked "What did I do wrong" Come to find out I have been picked by upper management for a task team to fix a quality problem we are having. I wish he would have said it differently. He had me worried. Link to comment

Christy
Team leader sounds a teensy weensy bit sadistic. But indeed good to have your qualities and work recognised. Go go Gofish Link to comment
gofish
I get along very well with my team leader, but you know what they say about paybacks. I might have made his life a little bit difficult this week. Link to comment
