MrsClark
About ten days ago, the youngest Bully had to have knee surgery for a luxated patella. She is only ten months, poor baby! She has been in a penned off area since and it is just killing her now that she is starting to feel better. She wants to play soooo bad!! Especially when the other two get rowdy, then she really starts barking and whining. She is getting her staples out today though, so I am happy about that. That will give her a little bit more comfort. Wish her luck today at the vet! Link to comment
snapshotmiki
Does she still have to "be quiet" after the staples are out? Good luck with her! Link to comment
Ambergris
Be careful! You don't want to repeat that! Link to comment
MrsClark
Yes, supposedly we are supposed to keep her quiet for another couple of weeks. But she is already feeling so much better, she WANTS to play, I dont know how we are going to keep her penned up for another 2-3 weeks! The doc said she is doing REALLY well, not much swelling, she is putting weight on it very well and bending it appropriately. She has some at home physical therapy to do so we will see how that goes. Very happy! And no, dont want to repeat this, CANT AFFORD TO!! Link to comment
