Miles for Aug 29-Sept 4

Well I did a long walk tonight (for me anyway) and pushed my total to almost 30mi this week. The real total was 28.78mi.

I walked close to 8 miles at work last night, does that count? lol If not, I walked about 1 mile before I went to work walking the dog.

Here are some things that count for miles. So, yes Nichole, any walking and a lot more.

 

These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile.

These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile

will be down and up 10 times = one mile

These two willl be 30 minutes = one mile

You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these.

Here are my totals:

 

Walking 3

Riding bike 0

Stairs 2 1/2

Dishes 2

House Work 1

Laundry 2

Shopping 1

Other 2 1/2

Total.......... 14 miles.

 

If I could count the miles on line or just typing, I would have lots of miles.
