Snowmom Posted February 6, 2012 Share Posted February 6, 2012 Once again it is Monday. I don't have a lot to report, I did 8 miles last week is all. I have to get back to walking and riding down stairs again, just haven't done it. I know. Should be doing it at least 3 times a week. It seems like so many things get in the way of other things. Need to get so much done and so little time to do them. You all take care and hope someone else starts posting miles in this thread. Link to comment

My need for keeping up with my exercise is to keep myself mobile and healthy. The weeks I do slack, I ache more than when I keep up with the exercise. Last week, I only walked an 1/2 mile in the desert, climbed a steep hill, trying to be quiet in order to see wild life. Slow quiet calculated steps, looking for flowers and anything else, I saw a jack rabbit and photographed it. Reviewing my photos, it was behind a bush in everyone. LOL Went for a couple bike rides, big whoop, a total of one mile. The rest of the week's activities may have added up to 4 miles. I had a load of paperwork which kept me down. My total for the week, 5 1/2 miles. Link to comment
