Snowmom
*********************** Here are some things that count for miles. These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile. Biking, swiming, walking, and such. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile ********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile ******** These two willl be 30 minutes = one mile weights, jumping rope. Don't forget the snow shoveling. ******** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. ************ Miles for last week, I am going to say with laundry, stairs, shopping, housework, dishes, and all, I got in about a total of maybe 5 miles. I still haven't gotten down to walk or ride, so until I can do that I will not have many miles. I am in hopes that by the first of the year, or soon after, I will be able to get down to ride and walk again. Oldpine and I both ended up at the walk in clinic on Saturday, so just haven't felt up to doing anything at all. He has a cold and it is my sinus again. Have to get my water solution made and start using it again. My computer wasn't turned on at all yesterday, in fact, I spent most of the day in bed. With the medication and being so tired, I really slept good last night, the first time in a long time I slept all night. Well, from about 10:45 to 6:20, I call that a GOOD night. ************* Ok, who will be ??? ********* Who is going to join us? Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post. Quote Link to comment
Annarchy
(((((Snowmom))))) hope you & Oldpine get well soon. I am looking forward to you exceeding me by a landslide again. Last week, DH took MIL to her treatments, giving me time to do some stuff. Caught up on a few yard items, cleaned off and on through the week and cleaned house on Sat. I think with the extra yard work I squeezed in, I managed to do 7 miles. My back and legs are still catching me off guard with cramping, but I gotta keep moving. (This week.... my turn to take MIL, 3 hours driving and 2 hours sitting and waiting every day.) Quote Link to comment
