Snowmom
I am sure more of you are walking, riding or doing some kind of exercise, please add your miles. *********************** Here are some things that count for miles. These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile. Biking, swiming, walking, and such. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile ********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile******** These willl be 30 minutes = one mile weights, jumping rope. ******** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. ************ Miles for last week, I am going to say with laundry, stairs, shopping, housework, dishes, and I got in about a total of maybe 5 miles last week. Then, I walked 2 and 3/4 miles and rode 15 miles. Yes, I did it, I got more miles in last week. I'm counting 22 and 3/4 miles last week. Old Pine biked at least 8 miles last week too. He also did some I'm not sure just how much, so can't add the miles for that. He did some other things that would count up to at least 6 miles so he did at least 14 miles. **************************** I forgot to add a mile last week for my but, will not add that to this weeks. We have to remember to count everything. Ok, who will be ??? ********* Who is going to join us? Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post. Quote Link to comment
Annarchy
Way to go, Lady!!!!!!! Wow! And here I was feeling good about the extra I have managed to do. LOL Walking and training Grrr, 1/2 mile a day, M-S.... 3 miles. Shooting, 1 mile. After practicing, I go off into the desert in the opposite direction to take pictures. House cleaning, 2 miles. Depends on how you count it... 4-5 loads of laundry, scrubbing the floors, dusting, polishing and shining everything, takes me about 4 to 5 hours. Last week it looks like I managed to do 6 miles! One more mile and I will be back up to last years totals. Quote Link to comment
