Biking, swiming, walking, and such. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile ********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile******** These will be 30 minutes = one mile weights, jumping rope. ******** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. What else can you think of that isn't listed, just add it and let me know. ************I got in a total of 4 miles for shopping, stairs, dishes, house cleaning, laundry, weights, etc., and I walked 1/2 mile and rode 4 miles. I'm counting 9 1/2 miles for last week. My legs are still not back to normal, so haven't been doing much walking at all. We were suppose to get more snow last night but, we didn't get only a few flakes. What we got last weekend has really settled. If it keeps up being nice like today, the snow will really go fast. Just checked the temp and it is 38. 7 degrees, so is warming up nicely. ********************************* Ok, who will be ??? ********* Who is going to join us?
