Snowmom
Hope the rest of you are doing good. Momo, you going to let us know how many pounds you lost??? I haven't been on the scales for several days now, sort of scared to do it. *********************** Here are some things that count for miles. These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile. Biking, swimming, walking, and such. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile ********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile******** These will be 30 minutes = one mile weights, jumping rope. ******** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. What else can you think of that isn't listed, just add it and let me know. ************ This includes, stairs, dishes, house cleaning, weights, walking, shopping and laundry. Yes, I have been going down to the basement, and I did carry one basket of laundry down. I've been down several times last week. Walking outside pulling weeds and watering as well as moving the sprinklers. My legs have both been hurting yet, but just can't give in to the hurt. With all of this, I am counting 6 1/2 miles. Not as many as last week, but, that's ok. ********************************* Ok, who will be ??? ********* Who is going to join us? Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post. Quote Link to comment
Annarchy
Snowmom, you are doing good. Just keep trying. And, I too am looking forward to hearing how much weight Momo has lost. I think the thing that upsets me most is loosing 2 lbs and gaining 5-10 after one meal, then it takes a week or more to loose the weight I gained to get back down to where I started. One meal! It is so frustrating. Lately, I have been trying to increase my exercises, and still be careful not to pull any muscles. It's a slow process. I had a couple of days where I think I slept wrong and my chest and arm ached making me not want to move. So, I sat and tatted. Last weeks miles, cleaning day, swimming day, and some sit-ups, about 4 miles. Quote Link to comment
