truckersgal Posted September 9, 2014 Author Share Posted September 9, 2014 Boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 Cup flour 1cup italian bread crumbs apinch of salt and pepper a pinch of garlic powder a pinch of chili powder a pinch of thyme Mix all these ingredients together. In seperate bowl mix together: 2 eggs 1/4 cup chicken broth FILLING: Velveeta queso cheese slices or swiss cheese slices Ham sandwich slices Slice chicken breast through the middle to open up like a book. place a slice of cheese and ham in the middle. dip chicken in egg mixture, then into flour mixture. place into a skillet of hot oil. fry until outside of chicken is crispy. place chicken into baking dish,bake in 350 degree oven until completely done approximately 30 minutes. truckersgal Posted September 9, 2014 Author Share Posted September 9, 2014 Broccoli and cheese sauce Fresh broccoli about 1/2 Lb. 2 tbsp butter 2tbsp flour 1 cup milk 1 1/2cup shredded cheese steam amount of broccoli needed to feed your crowd.Drain,sprinkle with a dash of salt and pepper. Place butter into saucepan melt,add flour into butter stir with whisk until flour is in a rue stage. Slowly whisk in milk. whisk until mixture thickens. Take off heat,stir in 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. Top broccoli with cheese sauce. refrigerate remaining sauce for later use . I actually freeze mine Quote Link to comment
