CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 1 box graham crackers 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 small container Cool Whip, thawed 1 can ready-to-spread milk chocolate frosting Make pudding according to package directions Fold in Cool Whip. Line a 9x13 pan with graham crackers(Not crushed but whole). Top graham crackers with 1/2 of the pudding mixture. Lay on another layer of graham crackers, the rest of the pudding mixture, and another layer of graham crackers. Melt frosting in microwave about 1 minute on high. Stir and pour over entire top of cake. Refrigerate several hours before serving. mommafitz Quote Link to comment
