Bamboo Posted February 21, 2005 Share Posted February 21, 2005 Good morning (or afternoon) Theyd. It finally stopped snowing here. We have about 14 inches. The news people keep reporting 6-7.... don't know where that is, but at home is 14 inches and at work, about 20 miles away, is at least 12. Roads were bad this morning, but I made it. It is sooooo beautiful. It won't last long though. Temp today was 35. Oh, well. Hope everyone had a good day. Link to comment

redhenfarm Posted February 22, 2005 Share Posted February 22, 2005 Good morning. We continue to have the most wonderful weather in February-sun is out and sky is blue but it's cold. Right now my feet are tucked into the bottom of my nightgown because they are so cold. Later today when it warms up a bit I'll go out to plant sweet peas and bush peas. We are also taking a walk on the beach but will have to bundle up for that. I feel almost guilty writing about sunshine when many of you are getting cabin fever and can't see the green for the snow. We usually have so much rain here that when we get a nice stretch like this you hear people saying "Yeah- but now we're going to have bad weather (rain) until July".
