If I feel that I am coming down with a cold, I take echinasea, drink plenty of water and keep eating healthy.

Thank you so very much, nice to have so many who care. I had a wonderful birthday, my Mom went home from the hospital, Jim got me a dozen roses and a lovely card, kids remembered me, and all of you sending good wishes. ((((all of you))))

Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes. Jim is an excellant cook, We both like to cook so since he retired we both cook. The roses are still beautiful. Trimming them often helps. Hope to get down to Mom's in a couple of days, I start out sneezing when comming down with a cold, and finish it the same way and I am back to sneezing again.

I hope to see her soon, trying to get over my cold first, don't want to give her something on top of what she has. Yes Tue was my b-day, Jim got me a dozen roses and cooked supper for us, the kids both rememberd and I talked to Mom on the phone for about 15 min, so it was a great day.

They let her go home on Tue. what a great b-day gift. My sister went home with her for a few days. I talked to her that evening she says she feels a lot better.

Welcome to our family. I respect the right of others to believe what they choose, to name their holiday without taking offence, to speak whatever language they see fit. That said I am not going to learn 30 languages in order to communicate with everyone. And I expect them to allow me the right to name my holidays without them taking offence. I feel that if their belief is so weak that it cannot be exposed to mine they have a problem not me. I come from a great diversity in cultures and find respect where I earn it and give it the same way.

She didn't get to go home today, there was an issue with her potassium levels being to high, they gave her something to drink to bring it down, but she says she feels a lot better and she is ready to go home. Tomorrow we hope.
